You may have noticed…
It’s a New Year and it’s full of promise.
For you that means moving forward toward your goals in real estate investing and entrepreneurship. For Cash Flow Diary, it means putting out more and more great content to support you in your efforts.
But before we do that, let’s take a look back at some memorable content that we hope you didn’t miss. (If you did, now’s the time to catch up.)
So… what is deemed “content” anyway?
Content is simply everything we create with an educational, information-sharing spin that you can use right away. We’re talking, of course, about all the free content you will find here on the site:
- Blog articles
- Livestream captures and
- Podcast episodes
Let’s start with a couple of my favorite articles. Why are you having trouble raising capital for your deals? Find out by clicking here now. Click To Tweet
Reaching into early last year, did you read this one about WHY you are having trouble raising capital for all your deals? If not, read it now:
Part of the reason I like this one is the image of the guy’s head sort of exploding! Hey, it’s fun. Plus, isn’t that the way you feel sometimes when you think about how other people seem to be raising all the capital while you struggle?
If you use the tips given in the article, I promise you’ll have an easier time of it.
Talking about fun images, this one makes me smile every time I look at it. The article’s good, too:
And just like the article advises, you have to be a P.I.G. if you’re going to do well as a real estate entrepreneur who does deal after deal… or even your first deal.Want to be a great entrepreneur? Be a P.I.G.! Click To Tweet
If you’re new to Cash Flow Diary and you’ve never heard this term before, being a P.I.G. means being a “professional information gatherer”!
That’s a topic I’ve covered in other content forums, too. For example, in some of my videos. Here’s one:

Ha… fooled you just for a second.
This video isn’t talking about being an information gatherer. It’s about using your time to build an asset to sell in the marketplace! It’s something else you need to know.
Don’t stop with this video. Keep going.
If you haven’t gone through all the videos in our Cash Flow Diary channel on YouTube, there’s no better time than right now. It’s a New Year, so why not fill your mind with great information… free information that can catapult you to the success you desire.
What you’ll find on our channel are short videos with cool tips, outtakes from my weekly Q & A with J. web show (that is only open to Cashflow Core Members), longer informational and educational videos and “Inside the Shark Tank” videos. That’s a cool show we were doing for a while and may again one day.Click To Tweet
Oh, and another really cool thing you’ll find on our YouTube channel are freebies… things we give away for zero dollars and zero cents to viewers. I promise you’ll find lots of free things that you can actually use in your real estate investing journey.

When you’re done with those videos, it’s time to head to my Cash Flow Diary podcast, the very thing that started me on the path to all this content creation!!
How did this all start, you ask?
It wasn’t all that long ago that I didn’t have a website, a blog, a book, any videos or anything else. I had decided to start a podcast so I could share my story and journey with others who might be interested.
The truth is I thought a podcast would be a great way to share what I have learned in life and investing with my kids. I guess you could call it a Legacy kind of thing.
It struck me that maybe I wouldn’t always be around to answer their questions about who their dad is and how he got to be where he is in life. So, a podcast. That’s what I’ll do!! And I did, but not on my lonesome. A good friend and the designer of this website, Jacob, helped me all along the way.
I’m very grateful to this man. He was one of the first to believe in me and decided to help me reach my goals; they became shared goals! It was fun and exciting… and it turned into an amazing business.
If you haven’t yet listened to my podcast, you can find it on iTunes as well as other places. Here’s the link: https://itunes.apple.com/podcast/cashflow-diary-influenced/id623140540?mt=2
We have surpassed our 340th episode; each episodes offers phenomenal free information you can use to build your real estate business or any entrepreneurial venture. We have some fantastically talented individuals, mostly self-made and most who come from humble backgrounds. These people created the lives they want; they didn’t wait for someone else to create it for them.
It is my sincere hope that you take from my podcast and all the amazing interviews a big dose of inspiration and motivation. If you want to listen to my very first episodes, they are no longer available to the general public.
Why not start here and work your way up and down the list…
This episode was lifted from a live training event and you’re sure to learn a lot. It’s actually a 2-parter!
Oh, and don’t forget to find me, friend me and follow me on all our social media outlets. I particularly like Periscope and Facebook Live these days. Such a great pair of content-delivery mechanisms!!
Hey, we live in an amazing time where we have information at our fingertips 24/7. What a great time to be alive, huh?We live in an amazing time of information at our fingertips. Use it! Click To Tweet
You can find all our social media links at the top right corner of the site. Make sure to tell me hello when you’re watching my next livestream. I never really know when the urge to do a quick livestream will strike me, so keep your ears on so you can hear the alerts!
The point to this article is that there’s lots and lots and lots of free content. There is literally no reason not to educate yourself on how to be a bigger, badder, better real estate investor and entrepreneur.
If not my content, there’s plenty of content online everywhere. Choose a few places you trust because you find they give you great content and stick with them. Of course, I hope one place will be this site and Cash Flow Diary as a whole.
What can I say? We have worked hard to create killer educational and informational content just for you. May it help you every step of the way in your journey!
