Robert Kiyosaki is a mentor for millions of individuals who are interested in taking control of their own time and finances as entrepreneurs and business owners. I used the information I learned from playing Kiyosaki’s Cashflow 101 board game to build a portfolio of investment properties. That’s how I started on my path to earning lots of passive income.
How did I do it? By raising private capital. The game was key in this process.
However, that’s not all Robert Kiyosaki opened my eyes to. One of the things that Kiyosaki talks about is leverage. Licensing is one of the highest forms of leverage in the world. Once you control a single piece of rental property you have leverage and can benefit from earning passive income!

What it comes down to is understanding that even individuals like Robert Kiyosaki have a mentor. In his case you’ve heard him mention more than many times Buckminster Fuller, someone who showed him the way; someone who gave him concept; someone who poured into him and now he pours into us and then we in turn must learn to pour into others.
Developing passive income is about a change in the state of your own mind. So that you have an understanding of how to package in use yourself your best talent in a completely different way; No longer being trade time for dollars with an immediate result.
You trade your time to build something of value and then sell that resulting item into the marketplace. And one of the masterful ways that mister Kiyosaki is done these things it through a concept known as “licensing.”
He takes his ideas in license and them to others so that they can go out there and earn money but most importantly so can he and so can the brand. And learning to become a master licensor in various different ways so letting someone use your concepts for their benefits that everybody gets value its key in very important.
It’s one of the highest forms has leverage currently available. Now you may say to you that you know what I don't have anything that I can license right now. I say to you that are not quite true. Once you know how to own and control one piece of real estate.
What you have is the ability to sell a license on a month to month basis to a family who can go out there and provide value and derive value from the asset that you've developed i.e. the clean safe affordable place to stay.
Once you know how to put that property under contract and more importantly find the capital four you too could one day become one of those passive income gurus.
