Hi, Jay Massey here, with the CashFlowDiary.com and in this video I'm going to explain to you real estate business model in two minutes or less.
Now, you may be new to real estate so for you need a little bit of context understand “What on Earth am I building?”
So here we go, I’m going to show you. You as the real estate investor have primarily three different customers. You have typically people who buy the houses from you; people who you buy the houses from known as the seller's; or people who are contributing capital typically those are called investors.
What you want to do is you want to be able to have a system such that there's a place for everyone to come to see your expertise on display. And then after they get an opportunity to what you do your thing, then you want to take the time to follow up with them one-on-one, and after you follow up with them, you want to answer their questions and then give them the opportunity to enroll.
Now many people stop right there and that would be a total big mistake in your case. Because you have forgotten the number one most important thing to do, which is then yet, — the referral. what you may not realize that this particular moment if that this is your entire business model, and follow and order to make it work.
So let me show you. When I draw it this way, now you can see how going through this process will continually feed you more and more leads, without you having to spend tens of thousands dollars in terms of marketing etc.; yellow letters or whatever it is that you're doing in order to build your business completely from scratch.
