Two are absolutely mandatory: 1) your customer acquisition system and 2) your lead generation system. You’ll do one thing with these two processes.

Any successful business automates its customer acquisition and lead generation systems. If you don’t, you will watch your income fluctuate up and down far too often and way too much.

After you get these two systems in order, your next focus will be on customer service!!

Hi, Jay Massey here, with the CashFlowDiary.com and in this video I'm gonna show you how to be successful in business in two minutes or less.

Нow the concept of business is actually rather simple. What you must understand though is in order to be successful you must base your business upon certain systems. Let me show you what I mean. There are some systems that are absolutely mandatory.

Those systems that I'm referring to in this case primarily revolve around customer acquisition and lead generation. These two process these you must do one thing with. Any and all successful businesses take lead generation and customer acquisition and they do one thing. They automate this process.

The challenge for us small business owners is that if we don't automate our customer acquisition and/or lead generation, we end up in the cycle to where there are times where we have a whole bunch of customers and we're trying to serve them, but we're not generating new leads; and what happens is that the income goes up and down, up and down, up and down, and we're trying to figure out how to get some consistency; and you hear words like stabilizing, you hear words like “I want predictable income.” You hear words “I want security.”

Well that security comes once your business has the ability to automate lead generation and customer acquisition.

Once you've gotten past lead generation and customer acquisition tends to become a lot about your customer service you're counting your legal protections asset protections but most importantly your delivery mechanisms. Whatever your product or service fees delivering it is usually what you're already good at.

It’s what you know how to do you actually, know how to build your widget serve that customer and do those things. But what's missing is getting more of them automatically.
