Why does it ask me to “purchase” this free package?

That is a network setting that we cannot alter. You just have to go with agreeing to the free "purchase". Don't worry ...
  • There is no charge.
  • You will not be asked for any payment information.
  • How do I access the private member portal? 

    You will receive a Welcome email.
    • Click on the link in your email to access our private member portal.
    • Click on one of the "Access" buttons.
    • Click on the “Confirm Free Access” button.
    • Once you Confirm Free Access, it will take you to the Home page.
    • From the Home page, please click on “Groups” to access the STR Blueprint Group.

    I'm inside my STR Blueprint Group, but where are my courses? 

    You can find our courses from the network Main Page
    • Click on the logo (top left) to go back to the main network page.
    • On the main network page you have two options
      • On the left menu, you can click on "Courses"; or
      • You can use the search bar to quickly find your courses
    • Your courses are located outside of the STR Blueprint Group, but still within the network

    Once inside the network, where should I start? 

    Once inside the network, navigate to your STR Blueprint Group. Make sure to read through this introduction. There is lots of information for you, including how to Download the mobile app.Intro Post

    I am having trouble logging in

    If you are having trouble logging in, please ensure a couple of things:
  • You are using the correct URL for the Mighty Network
  • You are using the correct email address associated with your account when you first signed up. (This may be different than your usual email address in the case that you signed up with LinkedIn or Facebook.)
  • How can I reset my password?

    Method 1

    • If you log into the network with an email address and a password, and you need to reset your password, use the "Forgot my password" link on the network sign in page. Once you enter your email address on the sign in page and click "Next," you'll see the link that says "Forgot my password."
    • The password reset email you receive is valid for only one hour, but you can send yourself as many password reset emails as you need.

    Method 2

    You can also always reset your password by sending yourself a "Magic Link" (this is a link that will automatically log you in your network). You can find this option below the Sign In field, as well.Forgot Password

    We hope you do not encounter any issues with using Mighty Networks on the web, but be aware that we do recommend using an up-to-date browser for the best experience. Please keep in mind these minimum system requirements. When accessing the network in your desktop browser, we support these versions or higher:
    • Chrome 45 (Note: Beta versions of Chrome are not supported)
    • Firefox 40
    • Internet Explorer 10
    • Safari 8
    When accessing the network from a mobile browser, we recommend:
    • iOS 8 or 9 with either Safari or Chrome
    • Android 4.1+ with either Chrome or a native browser
