Today, we're going to talk about other people's money.

Have you ever wondered what the secret is to using other people's money? You know, OPM.

Why does it seem like some people can always get deals done and always find all the resources they need? You may have heard even Anthony Robbins say the words, things like, “It's not about your resources. It's about your resourcefulness.” That's very, very true.

Here's the idea. It only takes two things to able to use other people's money. In fact, you are already good at it. For example, the dollar that you have, the euro that you have, the yen that you have. Whatever it is that you have right now in your pocket, in possession, where did it come from?

That's right. It came from someone else. Now, you rendered valuable service to receive it. The key is learning how to create valuable service or products to be able to receive other people's money.

If you've seen some of our other videos, you already know that value is in the eye of the beholder. The key is, what does the marketplace value today? This is really good news. That's data points that you and I can go find out. We can go research and become good at. Learning to create value is an absolute skill set. Because of that, when you learn to develop the right competency and the right character, those are the two things, by the way, competency and character, you're able to attract other people's money.
