Maybe it’s a TV show, educational product or line of products, an e-book or several e-books, or literally anything you can imagine.

Hi, Jay Massey here, with the CashFlowDiary.com and in this video I'm going discuss some ideas for creating passive income

When it comes to earning an income we all have two things to be able to make that happen.
One is our labor, and the other are assets. The challenges, if we rely on our labor too much the only thing we get to do with the trade time for dollars. What we must learn to do is learn how to develop assets like houses, or books or music CDs that's the theory yet or her other ideas maybe a TV show, alright.

The whole being is as you develop those assets you have the ability to then sell these assets in the marketplace in the cool thing at the asset it works 24/7 around the clock with your way or sleep and continue provide value. The challenges, most of us, only know how to treat time for dollars. We’re never taking the time to go and build something for someone else to use for their enjoyment and learn how to sell it to the marketplace.

One of the best thing that you can do for yourself is to learn how to do this, how to go out there and package your time, like something as simple as an e-book. Write something that you know down, so that you have the beginnings something that you can sell for even nighty nine cents. You figure some things out, use your own intellectual capital to go out there and for the marketplace and come up with the system that sell it, develop that product or service, use a system sell it very simply and provide to an individual who's looking for those answers. At the end of the day, as an entrepreneur all you have to do it solve a problem.
